Irina N. Ipeeva has been the Deputy General Director for Legal Affairs - Director of the Directorate of Legal Support since September 2020. Ms. Ipeeva has been a member of the Board of directors since 2007.

She also served as a member of Board of Directors of Mechel Mining AO since June 2014.

From April 2009 to September 2020, she was Director of the Legal Department of Mechel PAO.

From September 2007 to April 2009, she was Deputy Director of the Legal Department – Director of the Department of Corporate Governance and Property the General Counsel of Mechel.

From February to July 2006, she was Director of the Department of Corporate Governance and Property of Mechel-Steel Management. From March to June 2003, Ms. Ipeeva held the position of Deputy General Director for Property Matters of Uglemet-Trading OOO.

From December 2001 to March 2003, she was Head of the Department for Regulation of Corporate Relations and Property of Southern Kuzbass Coal Company and, from January to November 2001, she was Head of the Share Capital Department.

From August 1988 to January 2001, Ms. Ipeeva worked at the production association of Kuzbassugleobogashcheniye and the Tomusinskaya Washing Plant, where she held positions ranging from a legal adviser to head of the legal department.

Ms. Ipeeva has a degree in law from the Kuibyshev State University.
